What you’ll do: 

  • Deal estimation, pursuit, review and approval; when appropriate, support the enablement of sales team so that they are more adept at qualification process, technical presentation skills with respect to repeatable use cases
  • Effectively position offering and cross-Solution Area offerings within the sales channels
  • Develop strong, effective relationships with Product leaders, Presales, Engagement Management Services
  • Provide leadership for the your team within the Center of Excellence (CoE) on offering and asset development

You’re adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients. Internally, you enjoy leading the development, production, and promotion of industry aligned solution offerings that leverage the power of Data to solve our clients industry business problems, in addition to a core fundamental expertise in defining strategy, designing, developing, implementing, managing, modernizing and migrating, and data platforms, for Enterprise clients. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications: Admin, Certified Education Cloud Consultant and/or Nonprofit Cloud experience, Community/Experience Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud Accreditation
  • Preference given to those with noth Education Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud experience

Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise consulting and implementation experience
  • 5+ years of CRM consulting experience
  • Personal experience and expertise in developing, selling and delivering industry focused solutions in general, and preferably, strong affinity for at least one core industry
  • Personal experience in developing Enterprise Data Strategies for client, implementing the strategy, and ultimately helping client realize the value that was committed
  • Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management, detail LOE and ROM estimates included
  • Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction
  • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.

Technical competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Education Cloud Services Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Management (including data governance/security and data quality).

  • People leadership — Must have demonstrated leadership skills in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships with emotional intelligence
  • Teamwork — Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with off-shore teams and delivery in remote work environments
  • Client focus — Must apply a client-centric mindset and ensure that all projects keep clients’ stated needs and goals top of mind.  
  • Accountability — Must be willing to take ownership of and responsibility for clients success
  • Communication and presentation skills — Must present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Innovation, creativity, and problem-solving —  Should be willing to think outside the box when confronting project challenges, building out practice assets and defining methods to train delivery resources. 
  • Strategy - Must be able to lay out a strategy or roadmap for clients onboarding or amidst a digital transformation anchored in Financial Services use cases
